Nominations now open for 15th Annual PRECIOUS Awards

Nominations are now open for the 15th Annual PRECIOUS Awards.

The PRECIOUS Awards were founded in 2007, by Foluke Akinlose MBE, to recognise and support women of colour in the business and work environment and create role models for future generations to follow.

The awards programme serves to promote the inspiring individuals who have not only generated ideas but managed to put them into action and effect change. The event, deemed “vital” by UK PM David Cameron, provides a platform for Britain’s most exciting female business and leadership talent to shine and in the process inspire others to fulfil their business dreams.

Past winners include Joycelyn Mate and Rachael Corson, the founders of vegan hair care brand Afrocenchix. broadcaster Charlene White and engineer and entrepreneur Roni Savage, founder of Jomas Associates a successful Geotechnical Environmental and Engineering business.

If you know of an outstanding woman who should be celebrated for her achievements in business or in her chosen profession, visit www.preciousawards.com and nominate her now.

This year’s sponsors and supporters include global law firm Baker McKenzie, The Open University, and the British Library.

Nominations close on the 15th October 2021.
