Nominate Now for the 19th Annual PRECIOUS Awards

From tech innovators to social‐impact champions and creative powerhouses, women of colour are reshaping British industry every single day , yet their stories too often go untold.

Since 2007, the PRECIOUS Awards have provided a national spotlight for those achievements, carving out a permanent, prestigious platform where talent is recognised and amplified. Now in its landmark 19th year, the Awards are once again inviting the public to shout about the women and organisations that inspire them most.

“The Awards were established to create a space that celebrates and elevates the achievements of women who often don’t get the recognition they truly deserve. It’s about amplifying their voices and giving them a platform to inspire the next generation of talented individuals.” – Foluke Akinlose MBE, Founder & CEO, PRECIOUS.

Words from the founder: looking ahead to year 18

Foluke Akinlose MBE reflects on nearly two decades of championing visibility:

“Reaching our 19th year feels both humbling and energising. We’ve watched brilliant women evolve from start-up founders into FTSE non-executive directors; from local activists into globally recognised changemakers. Yet there is still so much untapped talent out there. My call to everyone reading this is simple: nominate. Your single submission can transform a career and, in turn, a community.”
