We’re still floating on a high following the incredible launch of Still We Rise, celebrating a monumental milestone: 20 years of the PRECIOUS Awards.

When this journey began two decades ago, the mission was clear and uncompromising: to shine a bright, undeniable spotlight on the exceptional achievements of Black women and women of colour in business and leadership. We didn’t wait for a seat at the table; we built our own, block by block, story by story.

Looking around the room at our launch event, seeing our beautiful community, past winners, and the collective power of our network, one thing was undeniable: still, we rise.

Over the last 20 years, PRECIOUS has grown from a passionate vision into a powerful movement. We have had the privilege of elevating hundreds of trailblazers, fostering deep connections, and creating an ecosystem where diverse female leadership is recognised, celebrated, and championed.

Still We Rise is a testament to those stories, the hard work, and the unwavering brilliance of our community. But while we are deeply proud of how far we have come, our eyes are firmly fixed on the future.

To celebrate our 20th anniversary, we are officially opening nominations for the 2026 PRECIOUS Awards.

We are looking for the next generation of changemakers, innovators, and leaders who are pushing boundaries and redefining success. Whether you are a founder scaling a business, a corporate leader shattering glass ceilings, or a creative driving social impact, we want to amplify your voice.
