PRECIOUS Nights is a monthly event that gives YOU the opportunity to hear previous PRECIOUS Award winners share their business stories, provide actionable tips, be inspired and build your network with new contacts.
Over the years, the Awards have grown into a flagship event characterised by open and generous sharing of stories, strategies, challenges and experiences: a room full of exceptional women in business all ‘paying it forward’ and creating a unique atmosphere of collaboration and motivation. Now, we’ve decided that once a year isn’t enough and so we’re thrilled to be hosting this series of networking events that capture the PRECIOUS Awards spirit all year round.
Tickets are £10 and include a networking drinks reception.

Kelechi Okafor
Kelechi Okafor, aka Kelechnekoff, facilitates self-actualisation through dance. Kelechi opened Kelechnekoff Fitness Studio in 2016 and has since been featured (twice!) as one of the top ten fitness classes to attend by Timeout London.
Kelechi has built her platform on talking honestly about fitness and about societal structures. Kelechi’s quick wit and thoughtful Instagram stories have provided a great space for her weekly podcast, Say Your Mind, to thrive.

Comet Chukura
Comet ChukuraIs is the founder of Glow, a social enterprise disrupting the market space between high –visabilty wear, ethical production and ath-leisure.
Raised in the East End of London, Comet watched her mum, a professional seamstress, sew her clothes from scratch, whetting her appetite for making and creating. Comet developed an aptitude and a passion for all things fashion and textiles, going on to study and graduate from the London School of Fashion.
Comet initially spent years in a studio, working at Michiko Koshino and then at Preen and although design was a part of her role, she had become dispassionate about the heart of fashion and it’s disposable nature so turned her hand to costume design and styling.
It wasn’t until she started cycling around London more frequently a few years later that she realised the gap in the market and following a brief stint running an online customisation business. Comet turned her hand to found Glow to meet the needs of the active but stylish city dweller.

Jessica Elliot
In 2007, aged just 20 with £200 and a dream, Jessica founded J’s Dance Factory providing dance classes to children in more than 24 schools across London.
Now more than 1000 J’s Dance Factory children aged 3-17, access weekly classes and perform at community-based events while completing examinations. The school has a growing talent agency and is being rolled out across the UK as a franchise.
She launched Jessica Elliott Management seven years ago with a vision for an agency that would be a hub brimming with non-media trained, ethnically diverse and talented children whose USP is their genuine love of performing. While also offering brands the chance to see what dance can add to their campaigns.
Her clients, aged between 5 and 18, work with some of the world’s biggest brands, from Apple to Stella McCartney to Reebok and Clarks. Tv credits include Dr Who, The Disney Channel and several kids dramas for CBBC. Her clients also dominate the West End appearing in The Lion King, Matilda, Motown, Thriller, Tina and more..
Despite all the awards, accolades and client placements Jess cites her biggest achievement is being Mummy to seven-month-old Storm-Aurora, who came into the world 16 weeks early!
